bring netsuite trial balances into suite migration netsuite does not give the trial balance report endpoint we will get the net change for each month's trial balances for the entire netsuite org customise the trial balance report to reflect monthly net change (i e , activity during the month) this net change report provides insights into each account's monthly changes customisation steps reports → financial → trial balance then click on the customize button on the report builder page add the month field from add fields add the account "internal id" column by expanding the account by type click save or preview on the generated report page select/pick the subsidiary you have configured in the suite migration app click the download csv icon to download the report onto your desktop in the suite migration app click on the "import source netsuite trial balance" button from the trial balances tab a pop up will open to upload the csv, as shown below if you upload the csv with a different format than the specified one, then trial balances will not be inserted into salesforce upload the csv in the correct format click on the import button to import the records
